Will The International Court at The Hague please stand up and indict these war criminals who have wreaked death and destruction on humanity and have made human beings suffer through Abu Ghuraib, Guantanamo Bay, renditions and an illegal war in Iraq?

We all know the answer is "no". No one bothered to look for the officers in charge at Abu Ghraib , do you really think they would pursue an investigation up to cabinet, much less White House levels?
As long as the Iraq people do not file charges, nothing will ever happen.
The best we can hope for is that Obama and his people will not repeat the same poor judgment and will hold all subordinates accountable for their actions.

But why should Bush get away with it? President Bashir of Sudan has been indicted by the court for presiding over killings of thousands in Darfur, George Bush has presided over the killings of several hundred thousand including 4,000 Americans. The International Court should (even if symbolic) issue an indictment against Bush and his co-conspirators.
